1.Lead the research, development and optimized design of the core structures (impellers, rotors, casings, sealing systems, etc.) of centrifugal compressors, and solve technical problems under high-parameter and complex working conditions. Take the lead in the design of new structures (such as efficient aerodynamic layout, lightweight design, and anti-fatigue design), and drive breakthroughs in product performance (efficiency, reliability, and service life). Keep track of international cutting-edge technologies (such as digital twin and additive manufacturing), formulate technical roadmaps and promote their implementation.
2.Lead the review of structural design schemes for major projects to ensure that the designs comply with international standards such as API and ASME, as well as customer-specific customization requirements. Collaborate with the process and production departments to solve structural bottlenecks in manufacturing and assembly, and optimize costs and delivery cycles. Participate in on-site fault diagnosis and root cause analysis, and provide structural improvement solutions.
3.Establish structural design specifications, simulation analysis standards and design databases to improve the technical reuse efficiency of the team.
4.Cultivate a core technical team and guide intermediate/junior engineers to overcome technical difficulties.
