3.负责设备操作与调试：熟练操作五轴加工中心，在加工前对设备进行细致调试，包括刀具安装、工件装夹、对刀等，确保设备处于良好运行状态;加工过程中实时监控设备运行情况，及时处理各类突发问题，保障加工任务顺利进行;
4.负责工装夹具设计与优化：根据加工需求，设计并优化工装夹具，确保工件在加工过程中定位准确、装夹稳固，同时考虑夹具的通用性与便捷性，降低生产成本，提高生产效率;
5.负责质量控制与检测：对加工后的产品进行尺寸精度、形位公差等检测，分析处理质量问题，持续改进加工工艺，保障产品质量符合标准要求;
6.负责设备维护与保养：制定设备维护保养计划，定期对五轴加工中心进行维护保养，包括机械部件的润滑、清洁，电气系统的检查、调试等，及时发现并排除潜在故障隐患，确保设备稳定运行，延长设备使用寿命。

5.Be responsible for quality control and inspection: Inspect the dimensional accuracy, form and position tolerances, etc. of the machined products, analyze and handle quality problems, and continuously improve the machining process to ensure that the product quality meets the standard requirements.
6.Be responsible for equipment maintenance and upkeep: Formulate an equipment maintenance plan, regularly maintain the five - axis machining center, including lubricating and cleaning mechanical parts, inspecting and debugging the electrical system, etc. Promptly detect and eliminate potential faults to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
