Certified Management System
QualRotate operates under an integrated QHSE management framework. The system covers quality assurance, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety, ensuring structured governance across design, manufacturing, and service operations.
All projects are executed under a formal Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP) with defined Hold Points (H) and Report Review Points (R), guaranteeing traceability and documented compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Manufacturing Quality Control
Incoming materials undergo strict certification review, including ultrasonic testing reports, chemical composition verification, mechanical property validation, heat treatment records, and hardness testing.
During production, precision CNC machining, dimensional inspection, NDT, ultrasonic flaw detection, permeate testing, and overspeed testing are implemented. Rotors and impellers are subjected to low-speed and high-speed dynamic balancing in accordance with API 617 standards.
Our welding system ensures qualified welding procedures and certified welders for pressure-bearing components and high-stress structures.
Safety Management & Emergency Preparedness
Safety management is preventive and routine-based. Regular safety reporting, structured emergency response plans, and role-specific safety training ensure risk identification, control, and continuous improvement.
Emergency preparedness procedures are established for manufacturing, testing, and field service scenarios, enabling coordinated and rapid response to abnormal events. Safety awareness and operational compliance are reinforced through systematic training programs.
