1. Take full responsibility for planning, organizing, executing, and controlling field service activities for major projects, with primary accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
2. Lead the preparation of the Field Service Execution Plan, Construction Organization Plan, and all relevant emergency response plans, and ensure strict implementation.
3. Coordinate personnel, tools, equipment, and materials required for field service to achieve efficient resource allocation.
4. Serve as the technical authority on site, guiding and participating in critical procedures such as major lifting, alignment, installation, mechanical commissioning, and performance testing of the unit.
5. Quickly diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, instrumentation, and automation issues arising during installation, commissioning, and operation. Work with the technical team to analyze and escalate major technical issues and drive corrective actions to closure.
6. Act as the primary on - site contact for the customer, building and maintaining long - term trust with customer management, operations, and maintenance teams. Respond to customer needs and expectations promptly and professionally, handle complaints effectively, and improve customer satisfaction. Identify potential service opportunities in spare parts, technical upgrades, and maintenance, and communicate them to the sales team in a timely manner. Be responsible for signing and confirming field service documents, acceptance reports, and other related records to ensure smooth project closure.
