Collaborate with the process and production departments to solve structural bottlenecks in manufacturing and assembly, and optimize costs and delivery cycles. Participate in on-site fault diagnosis and root cause analysis, and provide structural improvement solutions.
3. Establish structural design specifications, simulation analysis standards and design databases to improve the technical reuse efficiency of the team.
4. Cultivate a core technical team and guide intermediate/junior engineers to overcome technical difficulties.

1. Design and optimize the structure of the compressor to ensure coordination in terms of space, layout, and functionality. Utilize 3D modeling tools to create detailed layouts of compressor components.

1. Quality Inspection Plan Development and Implementation
Based on product types and process requirements, formulate a full-process quality inspection plan covering raw materials, processing, assembly, factory testing, and other links.
Establish inspection standards, sampling plans, and testing methods to ensure compliance with national standards (such as GB/T), industry specifications (such as API, ASME), and internal enterprise control standards.
Coordinate with production, technical, procurement, and other departments to dynamically adjust the inspection plan to match the production schedule.
2. Inspection Process Supervision and Problem Resolution
Supervise key quality control points in the production process (such as welding, heat treatment, dynamic balance testing, etc.) to ensure that process parameters meet the requirements.
Judge, mark, and isolate non-conforming products, organize the technical department to analyze the root causes, and promote the implementation of corrective measures.

3. Quality Data Analysis and System Optimization
