On the morning of June 24. 2025. the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University held the signing ceremony for the "QualRotate Scholarship", marking a solid step forward in talent development and industry-academia-research collaboration between the School and QualRotate Group.
The ceremony was hosted by the School of Energy and Power Engineering. Attendees included Mr. Wang Zaibin, Founder and General Manager of QualRotate Group, along with other senior leaders of the Group. Representatives from Xi’an Jiaotong University included Ms. Wei Na, Deputy Party Secretary of the School, Mr. Liu Lijun, Head of the Department of Fluid Machinery and Engineering, and Mr. Li Chenchen, Director of the Education Foundation.
The event began with a speech by Ms. Wei, who introduced the development history and educational philosophy of the School, showcasing its strong academic foundation and innovative research capabilities.
Following this, representatives from QualRotate shared an overview of the company’s development and the motivation behind establishing the scholarship. As a high-end equipment enterprise engaged in intelligent manufacturing for the clean energy sector, QualRotate attaches great importance to cultivating high-level engineering and R&D talent. The scholarship aims to encourage outstanding students to engage in energy equipment technology research and practice.
In his speech, Mr. Wang noted that Xi’an Jiaotong University is a cornerstone of engineering education in China. He expressed the company's commitment to working closely with the university to deepen industry-education integration and promote technological innovation and talent development.
Subsequently, Mr. Wang and Ms. Wei formally signed the donation and cooperation agreements on behalf of both parties, officially launching the “QualRotate Scholarship” program.
After the ceremony, the two sides held in-depth discussions on talent development, research collaboration, and student internships and employment. The atmosphere was warm and pragmatic.
