On April 28, Wu Kaihua, Secretary of the CPC Anshan Municipal Committee, visited QualRotate’s production base in Anshan High-tech Zone, Liaoning Province — QualRotate Machinery Engineering (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. — to inspect and guide work on project construction, enterprise development, and production safety. Secretary Wu gained first-hand knowledge of the company’s production operations, technological R&D, capacity development, and the progress of its Phase II plant, and listened to a report on the company’s future development plans. Municipal leaders and responsible officials from relevant departments participated in the visit.
At the production workshop, Secretary Wu observed workshop operations, production equipment, and process flows, while gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s scale, staffing structure, production organization, safety management, and employee support arrangements. He also provided guidance on project construction and the company’s next-stage development. Company representatives reported on QualRotate’s development history, the basic principles of compressor products, core technology breakthroughs, patent commercialization, and coordinated support across the industrial chain.
Secretary Wu affirmed QualRotate’s commitment to taking root in Anshan and its development direction in high-end equipment manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing. He encouraged the company to make full use of Anshan’s industrial foundation and supporting advantages, continue advancing core technology breakthroughs and commercialization of R&D achievements, steadily promote capacity expansion and layout optimization, further expand production scale, and strive to become a benchmark enterprise in high-end equipment manufacturing with strong core competitiveness.
Secretary Wu also asked in detail about the matters requiring government coordination and support in the company’s development process. He stated that relevant issues would be actively promoted and resolved as soon as possible, providing strong support for the company’s project construction, stable operations, and high-quality development.
